Answers to common questions about renting laptops in Delhi NCR.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is one month. Longer rentals and orders of 10 or more laptops get special pricing.
How much does it cost to rent a laptop in Delhi NCR?
All our laptops are ₹1,500 per laptop per month, plus GST as applicable.
Which laptops do you offer on rent?
Dell Latitude and Lenovo ThinkPad and Yoga laptops with Core i5 and i7 processors, 8 GB or 16 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD. Some models have touchscreens.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of delivery and returned when the laptop comes back in good condition.
What documents do I need?
Individuals need photo ID and address proof such as Aadhaar or PAN. Companies need business registration or GST details and an authorised signatory ID.
Do you deliver and pick up laptops?
Yes, we deliver to and collect from offices and homes across Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad.
What happens if the laptop stops working?
Contact us and we will repair or replace it at no extra cost, unless the damage is due to misuse.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes, we issue GST invoices for businesses. Prices shown on the site exclude GST.
Can I rent laptops in bulk for an event or training?
Yes. We supply 10 to 100+ laptops for training, exams and events, and offer special rates on bulk orders.
Can I extend or return the laptop early?
You can extend at the same rate. Early returns are possible after the minimum rental period; please tell us in advance.
